Teilnahmebedingungen Sommeraktion 2026
Die folgenden Bedingungen regeln die Teilnahme an der Sommeraktion 2026 von Unsere Champions (Schweiz) AG. Mit der Anmeldung deines Kindes erkennst du diese Bedingungen an.
Aktionszeitraum
Die Sommeraktion gilt für Anmeldungen, die bis spätestens 31. August 2026 bei uns eingegangen sind. Der Eintritt des Kindes muss zwischen dem 1. Juli 2026 und dem 31. Oktober 2026 erfolgen.
Was du bekommst
Bei einer gültigen Anmeldung im Aktionszeitraum schenken wir dir, je nach Betreuungsmodell:
Für Privatzahler

25% Rabatt auf den ersten Betreuungsmonat, bezogen auf den regulären Monatsbeitrag gemäss Vertrag (maximaler Vorteil CHF 770).

Keine Einschreibegebühr. Die sonst übliche einmalige Einschreibegebühr entfällt vollständig.
Wichtig: Der 25%-Rabatt wird einmalig auf den ersten vollen Betreuungsmonat angerechnet. Ab dem zweiten Betreuungsmonat gilt wieder der reguläre Tarif gemäss Betreuungsvertrag.
Für Familien mit subventioniertem Platz

5 kostenlose Extratage, frei einlösbar innerhalb von 12 Monaten ab Eintrittsdatum.
Bedingungen für beide Modelle
Die Aktion gilt für alle im Aktionszeitraum abgeschlossenen Betreuungsverträge mit dem Rabattcode SOMMER26 bei der Anmeldung sowie einer Mindestbetreuung von 2 Tagen pro Woche.
Da die Stadt Zürich neben dem Subventionsabzug keine zusätzlichen Rabatte zulässt und für subventionierte Plätze grundsätzlich keine Einschreibegebühr anfällt, haben wir für diese Familien die Aktion „5 kostenlose Extratage“ geschaffen, damit auch sie von der Sommeraktion profitieren.
Definition Extratag
Ein Extratag ist ein zusätzlicher Betreuungstag, den Eltern über die im Betreuungsvertrag vereinbarten Tage hinaus beziehen können, sofern am gewünschten Tag freie Kapazität am jeweiligen Standort vorhanden ist. Nicht eingelöste Extratage aus dieser Aktion verfallen 12 Monate nach Eintrittsdatum ersatzlos und können nicht ausbezahlt werden.
Wer teilnehmen kann

Die Aktion gilt ausschliesslich für , also Familien, deren Kind erstmals einen Betreuungsplatz bei Unsere Champions in Anspruch nimmt.

Pro Kind kann die Aktion nur einmal genutzt werden.
Mindestverbleibdauer
Voraussetzung für den Rabatt bzw. die Extratage ist eine Mindestbetreuungsdauer von einem Jahr ab Eintrittsdatum. Wird der Betreuungsvertrag vorher gekündigt, behalten wir uns vor, den gewährten Rabatt nachträglich in Rechnung zu stellen bzw. bereits bezogene Extratage zum regulären Tagessatz zu verrechnen.
Kombinierbarkeit
Die Sommeraktion ist nicht mit anderen Rabatten, Aktionen oder Vergünstigungen kombinierbar.
Gültigkeit der Plätze
Die Aktion gilt, solange freie Plätze am gewünschten Standort verfügbar sind. Ein Anspruch auf einen Platz an einem bestimmten Standort oder zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt besteht nicht.
Anpassung und Beendigung
Unsere Champions (Schweiz) AG behält sich vor, die Aktion jederzeit ohne Vorankündigung anzupassen, zu verlängern oder vorzeitig zu beenden. Bereits bestätigte Anmeldungen bleiben davon unberührt.
Terms and Conditions for Participation – Summer Promotion 2026
The following terms and conditions govern participation in the Summer Promotion 2026 of Unsere Champions (Schweiz) AG. By registering your child, you agree to these conditions.
Promotion Period
The summer promotion applies to registrations received by us no later than August 31, 2026. The child’s start date must be between July 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026.
What you receive
For a valid registration within the promotion period, we grant the following benefits depending on the care model:
For private-paying families

25% discount on the first month of care, based on the regular monthly fee according to the contract (maximum benefit CHF 770).

No registration fee. The usual one-time registration fee is completely waived.
Important: The 25% discount is applied once to the first full month of care. From the second month onwards, the regular rate according to the care agreement applies.
For families with a subsidized place

5 free extra days of care, redeemable within 12 months from the child’s start date.
Conditions for both models
The promotion applies to all childcare contracts concluded during the promotion period, provided the discount code SOMMER26 is used at the time of registration and a minimum attendance of 2 days per week is agreed.
Since the City of Zurich does not allow additional discounts beyond the subsidy deduction and no registration fee is generally charged for subsidized places, we have created the “5 free extra days” offer so that these families can also benefit from the promotion.
Definition of an extra day
An extra day is an additional childcare day that parents can book beyond the days agreed in the childcare contract, provided that capacity is available at the selected location on the desired date. Unused extra days from this promotion expire 12 months after the start date without compensation and cannot be paid out.
Eligibility

The promotion is exclusively available to new families, i.e. families whose child is enrolling with Unsere Champions for the first time.

The promotion can only be used once per child.
Minimum duration of stay
A minimum childcare duration of one year from the start date is required to qualify for the discount or extra days. If the childcare contract is terminated earlier, we reserve the right to subsequently charge the granted discount or to invoice any used extra days at the regular daily rate.
Combination with other offers
The summer promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or benefits.
Availability of places
The promotion is valid subject to availability at the desired location. There is no entitlement to a place at a specific location or at a specific time.
Changes and termination
Unsere Champions (Schweiz) AG reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Registrations that have already been confirmed remain unaffected
